Nature of the provision

Providing browsing data is necessary in order to view the site. Providing data via email or phone is optional, but failure to do so will make it impossible for the Controller to answer requests.

Data retention period

Browsing data are not stored for more than seven days, except where longer retention is required to ascertain offences by judicial authorities. No cookies or local storage mechanisms are used, so no preference data are retained. Data provided voluntarily are kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the request, subject to additional statutory retention requirements.

Recipients and transfers

Personal data are not disseminated. They may be processed by internal staff authorised by the Controller or by external parties (such as hosting providers or technical maintainers) appointed as data processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Data are stored on servers located within the European Union and are not transferred to third countries.

Data subject rights

In accordance with Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you may:

• obtain access to your personal data;
• request the rectification or erasure of your data;
• obtain restriction of processing;
• object to processing for reasons related to your particular situation when the processing is based on legitimate interest.

How to exercise rights

Requests can be sent to the Controller using the contact details indicated in section 1, preferably via email or certified email (PEC).

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
